Do not buy!
Complete garbage! The customer service puts you on hold for hours and the ELDs are junk. Puts you on driving when you’re not and it’ll put you in different state when you’re in anotherAdan410
Terrible app
I attempted to use this for a trip, on a trial subscription. It took me 2-1/2 hours to update eld, and get it to connect to app. It didn’t properly log my times, put me in the wrong time zone and violated me multiple times on the first day.
On the second day, it said my trial was over and that the app would no longer function until I paid for a subscription. The gps device kept crashing when I needed it for specific directions, making it completely useless. I ended up having to use paper logs.
My second attempt to use the app and gps was a complete failure. The gps stopped working, and could not find itself. It kept “thinking” it was 1200 miles away from where it truly was. These devices are junk. They have had years to work this stuff out, and failed. I bought Garmin devices, and while they have their own quirks, they are light years ahead of Rand McNally. I am really disappointed, because I have used RM maps for over 40 years and always believed in their products and reputation. This is no longer true.Show lessZenMagi
