  • Ti bloccano il conto

    Mi avete bloccato il conto senza motivo dicendomi che funziona solo in entrata e secondo voi io vi faccio arrivare i soldi senza che li possa utilizzare ? C’è qualcosa che non quadra e nessuno ti risponde per darti spiegazioni questo è assurdo

    Ciao Gaetano, Ci spiace molto leggere queste tue parole, per Qonto la sicurezza viene al primo posto e spesso, per questi motivi, siamo portati a prendere delle decisioni spiacevoli. Non possiamo commentare pubblicamente nel dettaglio le ragioni di un blocco temporaneo o di una chiusura definitiva di un conto, ma riteniamo importante chiarire che come istituto di pagamento, Qonto non può in nessun caso chiudere un conto o bloccare fondi senza un motivo valido e verificato. Qonto, come istituto di pagamento, si attiene alle normative vigenti ed è nella facoltà di poter analizzare e valutare le attività dei clienti che richiedono di aprire un conto con noi e successivamente l’utilizzo del conto stesso. Ci dispiace per l’impatto che questa decisione può avere sulla tua attività e ti auguriamo di trovare una valida e rapida alternativa. Grazie per la comprensione. Buona giornata
  • Expensive

    While we like the offerings we think it is too expensive credit card and general yearly accounting rate. We plan to move to another bank soon.

  • Great bank but you need a smart phone

    I use a dumb phone but you need a smart phone to pair the device and approve payments so it can be a faff for me, but not many people use a dumb phone

    Apart from that, the best internet app I’ve ever used!

  • Almost perfect

    Super easy to set up. The free and unlimited virtual cards are absolutely brilliant. We use them with monthly spending limits as budgets for our departments.

    The tag function is very useful, lets us classify and then visualise our income according to different criteria, by property for example.

    The most insanely cool function is in supplier invoices though. We connected Qonto to our email, Drive and Amazon accounts and it automatically fetches all our invoices, lists them up neatly into unpaid and paid, highlights due dates in green, overdue in red, it’s heaven! It’ll then go on and match invoices to the right transaction, calculate VAT and send it all to your accountant. For us that’s an afternoon’s worth of work saved every week, it’s substantial.

    So the big let down is that these amazing integrations are not available for client invoices, unless we use their inbuilt tool. We cannot move our complex billing away from other softwares, so we have to manually attach each of our bills in each transaction in the app. No automatic matching, no neat lists in green and red, showing who’s paid and who hasn’t. It’s so sad.

  • Pas au niveau de Revolut Business

    Qonto c’est très bien mais attention les frais montent très vite. Pas de carte pour les paiements à l’international par défaut donc 2% par charge en USD par exemple. Les options sont très basiques et ils y a des encarts constamment pour vous rappeler de passer au forfait supérieur. Avec une vraie carte à 20€/mois et quelques fonctionnalités, on est à 50€/mois. Pour une EI, c’est un peu cher surtout comparé à Revolut Business qui offre les même fonctionnalités à… 9€/mois. De plus, Revolut propose une option “commerçant “ avec l’option Tap to Pay pour encaisser directement sur votre iPhone.

    Bonjour GeekTonique, Nous sommes désolés d’apprendre que vous êtes déçu(e) par les options de nos cartes, nous avons étudié le besoin de nos clients, une microentreprise (EI) pourrait choisir un forfait SOLO BASIC (9€/mois avec une carte incluse) et si elle décide d'avoir la carte la plus chère (X) elle devra payer 29 €/mois (frais à l'étranger annulé + un service de conciergerie), avec un forfait Basic, vous avez beaucoup plus de fonctionnalités que chez notre cher concurrent, notre produit est en cours d'évolution, nous prenons compte votre remarque concernant la carte ONE, Merci à vous
  • Frozen Funds

    Currently Qonto is illegally withholding funds from me that are being direct deposited from a German employer as well as child welfare funds paid by the German government. They continue to tell me excuses and promise the money will be available within a week and I am now having to pay an attorney to take legal action. Highly recommend that you do not register for an account with Qonto for this reason.

  • The BEST Business Bank

    Qonto is fantastic. Not only is the system seamless, feedback is actually considered by developers. Their team are always on hand to support and I’ve never had to wait to get in touch with anyone. I’d highly recommend this bank for anyone dealing with business in Spain.
