It’s been over a moth since I have opened my account and I still have not received my bank card despite Qonto advising they have sent it 3 times. The only way I can communicate with them is via email and their response time is sometime more than 3 days to respond if they do respond. Very disappointed and do not recommend.Show lessLeezydee

Easy to use but it has terrible weaknesses too. I can’t find any easy contact information to reach out for help. Also, the widgets for iOS on my iPhone rarely show any information, requiring me to open the app to access the data. What’s the point of the app then if it shows no information and does not save any time? Disappointing really but functional enough until a competitor eats their lunch!Show lessmillerj
