Message not going through
Hello, I subscribe to a year plan suddenly my messages were not going anymore and not coming in either, please can anything be done to open my number back.. Please I will appreciate it if you can rectify my number back, I am getting frustrated with the way my text not going through

Do not get involved with this app and the company that provides it. They are really good at placing you in a situation that you have to purchase things in order to get your app to work even though you’re already a member they will offer you free things for this inconvenience but not shockingly they don’t follow through. Can’t delete number
I have a yearly subscription and I want to delete the current number and get a new one but every time I delete the number and log back in I get the same number and all my credits are gonehahskdoeodos
Total scam
Not only do you pay a monthly or yearly subscription but you have to buy credit on top.
Then the credit is taken both ways, when you make calls and when you receive calls, when you send texts and when you receive texts.

I received some a notice that I have broken their privacy policy - no specific reason given or anything else. It appears that I can receive texts and calls: but I wanted -and paid for - this number to make my life overseas more simple. And I’m not getting what I paid for. I only text with my best friend: I have no idea why 2nd number has determined I broke privacy policy. I sent my text log and have never heard back.Show lesssundaymarie
Double selling
I purchased the phone number and 2 days later I see someone else’s chat in my text window. It appeared to be someone who claimed they are the current owner of the number and purchased it 3 month ago. This person also assumed I am an escort as I think that what he was using the number for 🤦♀️. I contacted the support immediately asking to allocate another number. Support did nothing to resolve this and assured me it’s not possible to double sell the number. How is it not possible if I only just chatted to another owner? lol They suggested some other free subscriptions to different apps as a compensation for inconvenience which I really don’t need. So, I paid a yearly subscription already by the time the issue came out which means £25 lost. I don’t really want to share an escort land line with someone, so I better waste the money and delete it.Show lessgghcfjct Abel

Please note that it is not possible for multiple users to have access to the same active number in our app at the same time.Used to like this app..
I really liked this app but since when do you have to purchase coins for incoming calls? What a load rubbish is that? I’ll be finding another app..rbbbbkk

I bought the year plan based on apx $30 price but once you pay & login, then you have to buy credits to get the years worth of use. These needed credits are not disclosed until you pay the $30. I immediately asked for a refund. I was told no refunds. I said refund my money within 48 hours or I will file a charge back with my card. I filed the complaint on the app & got my money back - but buyer beware.Show lessWendy Borish
