Even with a subscription I lost the number I had used as for two factor authentication. So I guess that accounts is lost forever. The app has no way to copy the phone number so you could paste it in another app. I’ve had two businesses reject the number saying it wasn’t a real phone number. And let me clarify the part I began this review with. I downloaded this app for months ago became a subscriber never stop subscribing use the phone number I received for two factor authentication for my business Instagram, twitch. I only use this app to login to websites so I hadn’t returned to the app in four months. Today I try to sign up for a new website and this app is constantly telling me you’re a VIP subscriber get a new phone number. Even if the app shows my existing phone number of the top I can’t send or receive text messages without getting a new phone number. I would only tell someone to get this app if I hated them and I thought this was a good prank so they would lose all their business accounts.Show lessBlackbery-12

I downloaded this and i decided to try out the free trial and I cancelled it on the same day and I double checked and I knew it was cancelled. Two days later or three I got a notification saysing they took 7.99 I was shocked because I don’t have any subscriptions and I was very upset and I asked for a refund and they won’t let me have one SCAMMERS. So now I have to contact the bank and if they can’t sort it I’ll have the police involvedShow lessLeontinaaaaa

Do you like spending $30 for one year of service to then find that you actually get a very limited number of 'credits' to actually use the service which they then charge more for to 'top up the account'? If you do, this service is for you. If you don't like this model then don't buy the service. Your one year of service doesn't mean anything, you will need to keep giving them money to actually use it throughout that year.Show lessCletusGlory
A real life saver
My girlfriend is in prison in the US and I currently live in the UK so I needed a US number to that she can call me! This app works perfectly and every call goes smoothly. I wish this app was a lil cheaper for subscriptions but apart from that no complaints from me. I can talk to my girl & she can talk to me so everyone is happy. Best app ever made! I was under the assumption that when I purchased the year long subscription that the calls were going to be already viable through the subscription period.
