I wish there was a snooze function for when I know I am going to be doing stuff in view of the cameras to stop constant notifications when I know it is me.IrishpAT2
Good App but needs schedule feature
Overall the app is pretty good. Are you going to develop a way that we can arm the system automatically on a schedule? Sometimes we forget to arm it at night it would be nice if we had some thing on a set schedule of disarming and arming capability.THFROTC
Great when it works
Disarming system from the app takes several tries and connection on my phone is good. It’s a constant issue other than that it would be pretty decent appSandy G 1968
Ripped me off
Stuck in a contract and the cameras do not work the way I needed them and explained to the sales rep what I needed. Misled all the way around. I could have used Walmart cameras and had much more than these can do. I have not been able to get both camarras to ever continuously work at the same time and have had for a month as cars issues and not been able to view any 24/7 footage on one of the cameras for 3 weeks, while the other is intermittent. I could go on but it doesn’t matter the entire system is a rip off. The Arlo and night owl systems are higher quality images and much more user friendly and do the things we need like record audio also.Show lessM.D. Rella
Weather
It won’t let you pick your zip code and shows a completely different area under your weather. You would think it would use the same zip code that the alarm system is at….. so the weather on here means nothing to me for my area. You might as well delete that part in the appKaren the Great

Works great on iPhone but fix Apple Watch App
App is great, for the most part. I use the app daily to arm/disarm the system. I used to use my Apple Watch for this purpose but several updates ago, the Apple Watch app stopped working. Now I just shuts down immediately after hitting the app. I so miss the use of my watch to control functionality of my system.

Excellent service
We are very happy with the App but mostly with the service provided by the company. The process has been very smooth.... the sales rep, the technician and everyone involved in the process have always been very nice and attentive to our needs.Djllot
