Fraud - does not work

Zero star. The pairing simply does not work, I have strong WiFi connection and have it set at the 2.4g as it requires and after going through the steps on the app to switch to the WiFi network, it kept popping up the same message saying to choose a network that is not GTO####### network (basically saying don't connect to its initial setup connection). Then it stalls there, and if you go "back" it makes you go over the whole process from the beginning. This is terrible and they should not claim the tech works. False advertisement!

Horrible all around

This company has horrible products and customer service. We installed our opener a few months ago and we have Toyotas. We can not program our vehicles to operate the device. So, I called customer service and we received a 3rd party company. This company did not offer useable answers. Now about the app, again horrible. We close the door, using external remotes and after 5 mins I will receive an alert detecting that I have moved away from the premises, would you like to close the door. Well, it was already closed. Again, overall horrible. I am ready to replace it even though it is brand new.

Horrible app

This app is buggy, horribly designed, and doesn’t seem to want to work with iOS.

Not sure why this is promoted as being “smart compatible” when the app doesn’t even show up in any of the smart home systems.

Waste of time and money

Started opening my garage door on its own.

Does not update network settings

Highly upset about this horrible app. Got a new router and followed instructions to update Wi-Fi network and it locks up and does nothing. Sent a feed back email and get a response saying talk to your installer. Costume support is horrible and I now see why this app is rated so low. Wish I can find another app that actually works. Would give zero stars if I could.

Notification’s does not work

Don’t waste your time or your money with this app! The notifications of when the door is opened or closed stopped about a year and a half. I’ve called their tech office multiple times about when this glitch would be remedied. The person that answers the phone over there is extremely rude and annoyed that anyone would be so rude to even call and inquire about when a tech issue would be fixed. These people do not care that you bought this product and they evidently not planning to take care the time to fix the problems related to it. My advice to anyone that needs a product like this is to buy a garage door opener that is compatible with a My Q app. It works all the time and it never fails!!

Shoulda Bought Another Liftmaster

The garage opener itself works just fine but for the life of me I can’t make this app work. Been trying for 3 THREE YEARS!! My Liftmaster app at my previous home worked fantastic. Using an iphone 13+ and a DECO Mesh M5 router with a station right on the other side of my garage door. Super strong signal from my home internet all the way to my sidewalk. I paid good money for this opener system but not getting full value. Would never recommend it.

Nope

What a waste of time. I followed the instructions explicitly and only resulted in being unable to pair with my network. And please don’t say “it must be your network” as I have no other device that has difficulty doing just that. You should keep trying though to fix your app/software, but in the meantime, I will find a better app.

No notifications?

I’ve had no notifications for about 5 months now, and it seems like they don’t have a plan to update this app, and fix this bug. I’ve seen multiple reviews of people complaining about this same thing, but the developers seem to only reply to the reviews that reference pairing, and address issues. Are you guys planning on fixing this bug, or not? What’s the deal, and why no communication with users having this same issue? This is an easy patch.
