10 second delay
I got myself the Lego roll or coaster and I wanted to sent it up to a moter so we got the boost one. Every time the cart would go up the track by the time it got to the third wheel it stoped running. Also beacouse of the 10 second delay after each moter run you can’t have 2 carts on it on the same time. That takes away half the fun. Please respond beacouse I’m disappointed.Show lessGood app, but Move Hub shuts down too much
The app is very good, but since the Move Hub shuts down so much, you have to press the button very often, which is a HUGE annoyance. If you can, please fix this problem.Sound doesn’t work
This was a birthday present for our 5 year old. So disappointing that the audio stops working. When you go onto the building step that requires the iPhone (iPhone 11 Pro) microphone it will switch to the earpiece speaker rather than the external speaker & there is no way to resolve this. Phoning Lego results in them telling you to uninstall & re-install app, making sure it’s the most up to date version & phone is updated. Makes no difference. It is an issue with the app itself which Lego needs to resolve - such a shame that Lego Boost products are widely available but are not adequately supported by the app - needs fixing ASAP please!Show lessDeveloper Response
Hmm... 🤔 That doesn't sound like the best experience. Have you tried closing the LEGO® BOOST App and rebooting it? 📲 This won't cause you to lose any progress and should help work around this sound issue for right now. Same issue here on my iPhone where it switches to earpiece speaker and ruins programming experience. It may be when the microphone feature is activated as someone else has explained. Please sort an update!! Tried on iPhone 6s and 11 proDeveloper Response

This was great and my 6 year old LOVED it until the app stopped opening. It gets to the Home Screen and freezes. We have tried several times to delete and reinstall with no luck, it still freezes at the Home Screen.Sound isn’t working properly
There is a bug with the app where as soon as the microphone is engaged, the sound only plays through the headphone speakers. This is an issue on my iPhone 6 and iPhoneX and the only solution is rebooting the app. It essentially means I cannot use anything that is dependent on the microphone such as the sound recognition or recording my own tracks.Show lessDeveloper Response

I got this toy for Christmas which I was really happy about, but one thing that kind of irritates me, is the fact there are numbers in the bags, and the doesn’t tell us which number bag to open first, I am still currently working on it, but it is really hard, I open a bag and can’t find a piece that is in the instructions, so I have to look for one piece, so I have to search every bag, and that takes a while, and I am only in step 1 and I have to open bag 8 for one piece, so please add the number bag you need to use for each step, and it would make it way easier.Show less5 stars but...
I got this for Christmas yesterday and I LOVE IT! Everything about it is just so fun and amazing! It’s just that the app isn’t making any noise. I went to the settings on the app and the music and sound was all the way up. Please helpI take tat back

Having the same issue as Mr Siddiq. Audio seems to start off working from loudspeaker and then switches to the earpiece speaker... iOS 14.0.1 - iPhone 11 Pro. Otherwise a fantastic app!
