Have WiFi + Internet, App Won’t Connect

Hi there! We are very sorry about this. Please reinstall app and make sure that you connect to your app first. Also, it will help if you delete previous connected devices from your Bluetooth list. In order to do this, please follow these steps: 1. Open the Settings app in iOS. 2. Go to “Bluetooth” 3. Locate the Bluetooth accessory you want to remove from the iPhone or Pad and tap on the (i) button next to the name. 4. Tap on “Forget This Device” 5. Tap to confirm to forget the Bluetooth Device and remove it from iOS If still won't help, please email us at reviews@itouchwearables.com, so we can look into this the soonest possible time. Thank you.

Hi! Thank you so much for your review! Please make sure it is not connected to your phone's Bluetooth to start. If not, please restart both devices & then connect through the app first and then your phone's Bluetooth menu (ensuring location services are turned on) & you should be all set! Is there a booklet or directions on how to work this anywhere? It. Didn’t come with anything
When I go to the app and ask for support I get a catalog of other devices to purchase. No help!
