  • Nice when it works

    Our system is two years old and has worked on and off by resetting it frequently. Now it quit communicating with the iPhone completely and tech support has been unable to help.
  • Junk! What a waste of $$$

    The Vega Touch Eclipse app is total junk.. it works only when it wants to. Then goes into a loop where it can’t connect for more than 1-2 seconds before going into a loop and trying to connect remotely only to tell you that you aren’t connected to the “cloud” and to switch to joining Locally to check your internet connection.. (the internet connection is strong to unit) for some reason even though connected to the internet the system does not synchronize with it .

    A total waste .. for the cost of the unit to Love you baby able to remotely set the A/C and such for pets etc.. I now have zero confidence in the Vega Touch Eclipse App to provide any level of service.

  • It does not work.

    Saydiy needs Bluetooth and Location. Service to work. Why does it need location service when it's connected via Bluetooth (within 35 feet of the device), and there is no way to turn on location for this app once installed.
    It's a great idea to be able to control everything from your iPhone, IF IT WORKED AS DISCRIBED.

  • Please fix this app from draining battery

    This issue is persistent across all of their apps. Please stop the app from completely draining the battery in only a few hours. Why can’t you fix this?

    Not horrible ….. but I struggle to keep it connected locally. No problem with remote connection so long as my hotspot stays charged. But unfortunately you cannot operate slides and awnings remotely….. make sense but if it doesn’t connect locally you cannot stand out side and watch for interference when the slides come out.

    In fairness I have not contacted tech support as I was hoping the new update would correct…. No such luck.

  • Old version worked once or twice. New version refuses to connect at all

    Bug filled mess. Works once or twice, then goes into endless pairing loop. Have to depower and reboot firefly to get it to work (which means either hpulling firefly panel off wall, unplugging or depowering whole RV (which is actually easier). This bug has been present for well over a year and a number of “upgrades”. If there were an alternative I would be overjoyed switch.

  • Doesn't work do not buy any RV with this system.

    My app connected and said an update was needed now just says the update failed and will not connect. I have called tech support and they just said Eclipse hasn't been released. I find it hard to believe it did connect then went to update and now it's due to Eclipse not being released. This is a brand new 2023 Coachman Nova. Do yourself a favor and buy nothing with the Firefly system until they get it fixed or tech support will help. So sad how they advertise it working and the remote connection now nothing works and it's like oh well. I purchased this unit for the remote features for my dogs. We will see if they care enough to fix it for the hundreds of people on the forums that can’t connect either.

  • I am about done with VegaTouch and firefly!

    I have had my 2022 coach since October of 22 and the VegaTouch module and App have not worked correctly for more than a day or 2 since.. Did the the first Firmware update in October and ever since have had a rear Temp Sensor error that will correct itself after several weeks for 2/3 hrs then back to error…. Today I did another Firmware update… once completed the system and coach’s power was cycled off, disconnect switches turned off chassis and house batteries off and disconnected from shore power.. when I powered back up, the Temp Sensor error was still there, and now the app keeps cycling trying to connect. I deleted and reinstalled the app… now when I press scan to locate the network it begins the scan for 4-5 seconds then stops.. and yes Bluetooth is enabled for VegaTouch.. this is so frustrating!

  • Not stable

    Not useable. Used to work but now just keeps resetting or trying to connect over and over. IOS 16. Deleted and reinstalled and re-paired, etc, etc.

  • Works 95% of The Time

    The app works pretty well but still has a few bugs in the latest release. I haven’t tested everything yet but I’ve discovered a couple of things that don’t work. You can’t control the electric part of the Aquahot system locally or remotely. Also some of the accent lights won’t turn off with the app when initiated by the main control panel. I reported this to the support team and hopefully this will get fixed with the next release. I’m using the Eclipse app on a 22 Tiffin Allegro Bus.
