Sleazy money grab. Terrible reliability.
First.. the app and RV module are extremely unreliable.. barely beta quality. Every update basically kills the pairing. Constantly having to reboot the module to gain any functionality. Now.. they have the nerve to try and make existing customers start paying monthly to use the garbage service they provide. Won’t use this in my next RV.Show lessmarjds1
Works Well But Only On One Device
In our experience, we could only use the software on one device. We downloaded the software for both IOS and Android devices and only one would work at a time. It appears that the system will only allow one authentication. If it worked on an IPad, it would not authenticate on an Android phone and vice versa. . We got the system to monitor our motorhome remotely and we can do that albeit only on one device.Show lessDjdavelisa

Doesn’t seem to work with WiFi-based Firefly. My version does not have Bluetooth. Do not waste your money.DYI Don
