  • Bluetooth connection issues

    Bluetooth connection most of the time is unstable. Also, if you have zoom enabled with large font settings on your phone the layout of the app does not fit the screen.
    It’s too expensive of a device to have any connection issue!
  • No Longer Connects

    this app doesn’t work. All it does is loop in circles trying to pair after entering the pin.
    not recommended.
  • Brand New American Tradition Coach - Terrible App

    We just purchased a 45-FT American Tradition RV with a VegaTouch System. I have updated them firmware twice, contacted technical support, updated mywifiranger, installed the VegaTouch eclipse on 2 iPhones and 1 iPad, and I’m having the same errors others are describing. The APP does not work and this is not my first rodeo with iPhone APPS that interface with my RV.

    I will be taking up the matter with American Coach, because the system is interlinked with everything! I’m very disappointed this system made it into a 2022 coach without thorough vetting.

  • Have to turn off main power to reset every few days

    When working, this app and the system are very handy. Unfortunately the connection between the phone app and device stops working every few day (2-4) and tech support said to turn off 12 volt power to the coach to reset it, which does the trick. Right now it’s 4:00 am and I want to use the app to turn up the furnace heat and No go. Very frustrating in a new $300k RV.

    I’ve updated the firmware on the device and the app whenever there’re available. I always hope that will do the trick but not so far.

  • Not worth the money

    The only good thing is that you MIGHT be able to connect remotely to check the status. We switched to this system over a year ago and the grey and black tanks still don’t register on my device, so I have to go in and out of the coach to check the status of those tanks while I’m draining or filling. I was told over a year ago that they were aware of this problem and they were working on it…. I’m still waiting for that update. Very expensive, zero customer service, no motivation from anyone in that company, just don’t waste your money or time. The young man who installed our new system appeared lazy, non-caring, and unmotivated. If I had known the entire company was that way, I would never have purchased the “upgrade.”

  • Works well. Don’t believe the haters!

    This app and module have gone through many revisions. Currently if you have stable internet it works wonderfully. We suffered not knowing our park internet was spotty and it wreaked havoc on our connection to the panel and controls. Currently it works perfectly on our own mifi.

  • Do they have a QA department?

    Reading other reviews and seeing that the problems I experience with this app are universal. It will randomly do the continuous loop of trying to connect and then that temp sensor error. If it connects then it’s useful but it’s a crapshoot on whether it will connect or not. I truly do not understand how they cannot fix these issues that have gone on for so long. It also would be nice to see an updated UI, but please fix this app!

  • Great concept-completely unreliable app

    Won’t connect. No temp control option when it worked for a minute…..This app needs an overhaul
  • Works once or twice, then endless loop

    Bug filled mess. Works once or twice, then goes into endless pairing loop. Have to depower and reboot firefly to get it to work (which means either pulling firefly panel off wall, unplugging or depowering whole RV (which is actually easier). This bug has been present for well over a year and a number of “upgrades”. If there were an alternative I would be overjoyed switch.

  • Nice when it works . . . frustrating when it doesn't

    When working this app connects locally or remotely. But several times I have had the local setup get into a loop where it connects (Bluetooth) and then disconnects every couple seconds. Really frustrating. I have tried resetting the phone, deleting and reinstalling the app, etc. Eventually something works and it restarts. But in the meantime it is unusable. When working, however, it is a nice way to monitor status.

    On another note, now I am getting the same Temperature Sensor Error “ that they show in the images on the app store! It should show the cabin temp.
