I love the setup of the app. Now it is really easy to access and find the latest recipes and workouts. I love that I can mark my favorites and easily come back to them again and again. The FAQ section was really helpful and I didn't even have a specific question when I was looking through it. There is so much information and so many resources available on the app with something for everyone from beginners to experts. Great fitness app

Look who has an app
I’m a “hipster” Betty Rocker fan (ya know, since before it was cool 😉) and almost lost it when I found out about her app haha. Having her website content + the community members’ area in an app is much more convenient than trying to navigate through the internet. And it’s easier to read. I’m sure there are a few bugs to work through, but the awesome thing about Bree and her team is that they are always looking for ways to improve and help as many people as possible.Show lesswelchsk

Don’t be a skeptic
I am middle-aged very overweight and no one has change my mindset around like Betty Rocker. I am making slow but steady progress. I would’ve never guessed this would be the program of that helps me. So try and stick with it you won’t be sorryKrisraa
Helpful and convenient
This app has everything the website does at tips of ones fingers. This will be helpful when traveling and when I need to find a recipe in quick fashion! I’m excited to use the workouts from this platform. I’m looking forward to more additions.Bratgirlj

Anything Betty rocker does is motivational, inspiring and easy to follow. She makes working out fun and not a chore. This app has helped me so much since having my baby... no though has to go into what I’m doing when I have all these amazing workouts right here in front of me! Finally!!! BR brings it all under one app!
So this time a few years ago I knew I needed to start some new routines with fitness, eating and motivation. Betty Rocker was there to help! Now this app has put all my favorite things about her in one place on my phone. I love the workout options which include at home or in the gym! Recipes are easy to access which will make grocery shopping much simpler. Best of all, I can access my content right from the app as well. Love this app! I can’t wait to use this app!
I started with the 30-day Make Fat Cry Challenge and LOVED it! I was motivated and it was so easy to commit to 15 minutes per day. After that, I was a Betty Rocker fan for life! I am so stoked to see this app become available. In it’s current state, I’d honestly rate it a 4, because the links are a little slow and there is a bit of glitchiness on transitions. HOWEVER, I KNOW the quality of Betty Rocker, and that these issues will quickly be resolved. The content is awesome and easy to follow.
