As a busy mom, I was looking for an easy-to-follow, low-impact weight lifting program to get my health back on track in a sustainable manner that I could keep up with. I was feeling weak and tired all the time running myself ragged going to all my kid’s activities and working full time. Briana has created programs that are relatable to all moms and that are not so time consuming that you feel like it’s another burden to your day, which is HUGE!
I started with the LIFT Beginner program and FELL IN LOVE! 😍 I now WANT to workout (even if it’s just stretching!!) daily because of how great it’s made me feel. I am now in the first week of LIFT Intermediate and can tell how much stronger I am from when I started the beginner program. I’ve had to invest in heavier weights and have so much more energy now, which is so exciting! I can’t wait to try the new Yoga series next!
