Great program, app dysfunction
I really love this app/program. I wish it didn’t have the glitches that bug me because would rate it differently.
I love the ability to view the exercises and how it is all written out and easy to follow.
Cardio: The app doesn’t seem to give credit and mark when I have done a cardio though. I usually plug it in at times I did it already and it doesn’t mark it that I’ve completed it.
Can’t go back:
For the workout days if I had glitches or my phone died it doesn’t let me go back to mark that I completed the “workout” of the day for the workout days.
I like the ability and accountability to get credit so it just bothers me I can’t mark it off when I’ve done it. Then it doesn’t let me move forward in the program.Show lessDeveloper Response
Thank you for your review. We did not see a support ticket from you come in about the bugs you say you are experiencing and you still can submit one. We would have loved to fix that for you! The cardio days are just optional days where we show that the user needs to do cardio, but the user doesn’t have to mark the cardio as done since its optional as a warm up. However the user is able to mark workouts as complete as this is the main workout. Nevertheless we appreciate your feedback and happy you are enjoying it!Mixed reviews
The app itself is beautiful! The following is likely personal things I don’t like. I was hoping there were guided videos and not clips of a move. The way it’s set up I still have to stop what I’m doing and click the button to move to each thing on my device. Also, it does not work on an iPad, the workout moves are cut off so you can only use your little phone and it can be hard to see. Also, the app mentions a warm-up and cool down, but it’s just a timer. There is no actual guidance for the warm up or cool down. Lastly, even on the beginner setting, it’s still asking you to do Burpees and star crunches, which are not beginning level so I felt discouraged and likely won’t continue. If this is easy then I can’t imagine what hard is for someone so inexperienced! Worth a try just not for me. Good luck!Show lessDeveloper Response
Thanks for your review! A recent iPad OS from Apple caused the scaling to be off a bit and we are working to fix the issue with a new update. The auto-advance setting which is in the users app settings, is turned off by default. You can turn it on if you do not want to swipe every time. Hope this solves your issues.Motivation
It was about time a fitness app that I’m able to enjoy and provides motivation. Easy to use and user friendly.
