  • Amazing Coach/Trainor and Mom!

    Love the mom-friendly workouts and the support that comes with the app. Briana’s spends time with her BBM members weekly and even daily. Lots of support through whatever your challenges may be. Love her and love the app.
  • A lot of bugs need fixed

    Doesn’t load at times, won’t allow full access to videos even though I’m fully subscribed. Can’t change password. Lots of bugs
  • ⭐️ Sustainable & Relatable Programs! ⭐️

    As a busy mom, I was looking for an easy-to-follow, low-impact weight lifting program to get my health back on track in a sustainable manner that I could keep up with. I was feeling weak and tired all the time running myself ragged going to all my kid’s activities and working full time. Briana has created programs that are relatable to all moms and that are not so time consuming that you feel like it’s another burden to your day, which is HUGE!

    I started with the LIFT Beginner program and FELL IN LOVE! 😍 I now WANT to workout (even if it’s just stretching!!) daily because of how great it’s made me feel. I am now in the first week of LIFT Intermediate and can tell how much stronger I am from when I started the beginner program. I’ve had to invest in heavier weights and have so much more energy now, which is so exciting! I can’t wait to try the new Yoga series next!

    Just give it a try for one program, or even just one month for the $15, and you’ll see how easy Briana makes it to be the healthiest, strongest version of yourself!! 🩷 Oh, and she’ll make you laugh with all the real-life bloopers you see along the way 😂

  • Best app for beginners!

    If you are beginning your health or weight loss journey, this is the place to start. Briana breaks everything down and helps you understand the reasoning behind weight loss, hormone health, and is completely relatable when teaching workouts. The app is user friendly, and there are so many different workouts to try! Not to mention plenty of recipes for delicious meals, and live weekly check-in events. If you’ve ever been overwhelmed with where to begin, stop looking, because this is the place!

  • Love BBM

    I have been following Briana for years! I started my health and fitness journey with her in 2015 and lost 80lbs in the first year! Keeping up with everything I’ve learned from her I’ve kept it off and lost a bit more over the years. The app is amazing and easy to use. It has everything from workouts to recipes, and even lives where she answers questions you may have. Briana has also built a community full of amazing, kind, and supportive women. Your vibe attracts your tribe.

  • Best home workout app and instructor

    Love love love this app and Brianna. I am 65 years old and have been following BBM for 10 years. Love her exercises which can be adapted to your comfort level. Results are amazing. She provides, encouragement, recipes and she is so true to herself. She is not this skinny hyper instructor you cannot follow she is so real. You can follow her through skinny stages, pregnancies, heavy stages and her hormone reset. Love that sometimes she can’t do the exercise either and we can all have a laugh and realize we don’t have to be perfect. Definitely try this app..you won’t regret it!

  • Amazing Programs

    I have been with the BBM community for 10 years and it has been hands down my all time go to. The app makes it so easy to access the workouts, the community and everything else Briana offers! The workouts are right there, no searching. It is very motivating for me and I love the BBM community!
  • Amazing workout

    I love this app! It is so easy to navigate and the work outs work for any stage of your life. Breanna is real and in the moment in all of her videos. I enjoy working out with her. I have been following Breanna for four years now and spent a few months with out the app and regretted the decision. They are great work outs and you can work them in around any schedule or life event. I highly recommend this app.

  • Always coming back to BBM!

    I have been following Briana Christine since her very first 90 Day Challenge after having my first baby. I always come back to her workouts in different seasons of life, because there is always something fresh and perfect for whatever I’m wanting to accomplish in my fitness. She’s so enjoyable to work with (and, yes, I feel like I’m actually working WITH her) and the most relatable fitness instructor I’ve ever seen.
