Betty Rocker gives you workouts the are easy to squeeze into a busy day, so there are no excuses why you can't get your workouts in. The recipes are delicious, and most importantly nutritious. So excited for the app!!! I have done the 30 day challenge and this is something that i actually stuck with, every single day was something different, my results showed instantly!Show lessakm1011
