Payment issue
I didn’t click on free trial but it still put me on it. It said I was a premium user but I don’t see a subscription on my Apple ID. I feel like I got scammed. I did enjoy the app but I didn’t click pay. I saw that you didn’t reply to the review mentioning payment issues... I’d like to see where I can cancel. The VPN doesn’t work sometimes but is good most of the time. I’d be nice if you could be more upfront about payment.Show lessHeartys •~•

I used to love this vpn for the minimal amount of ads it had. Recently an hour of vpn service has increased from 4 to 6 ads and it takes at least 3 times longer to get connected. The ads have deterred me from this app and I would use it more with less ads. Don’t support this greedy behavior.Idjsjsjnxndndndndnsmkaoajd

You used to be able to connect for a full day with 5 ads. But now it takes 10 and I have no problem with that, but each time I go to watch the ads I always get to 6/10 before the app crashes and I have to start all over again.Sean Moonahan
Slower than a turtle with three legs amputated
As stated in the title the connection is extremely slow even when connected to the “fastest” option. Another issue with the app is that the built in browser just doesn’t work. You can search for something but can’t click on anything or load anything. An epileptic with a strobe light in front of them could create a better VPN app.Show lessvdsfkuedvjogfsfkl
Used to be good
So it was great. Good connection and fast speed but now it doesn’t work good. It might get connected once in a while but usually it doesn’t. I really hope you fix itRose 31 Dec 2006
Inconsistent
The inconsistency of this app is unbelievable. When if works, it’s probably the best app out there but when if falters it just stops working. And it fluctuates between the two far too often for my liking. Good app but please fix the consistency of itWiigiivooscofod
Netflix
I thought this this was pretty good but I would try to use it for Netflix it would show all the uk shows but when I would to play them it would say that I couldn’t because I had vpn on. I say this is a great app just it didn’t work for Netflixggggghuutrgh

When I’m at home and my cell service drops to 2 bars, this vpn makes my phone unusable. Will not load any pages I try. Also when I watch the ads and get the vpn hours, if I go back to app to maybe watch more ads or disconnect, I can’t. I have to go to settings and turn off vpn from there. When I’m on work wifi, I auto disconnect seems like within 15 mins and every 15 mins. On an iPhone 7 Plus running newest iOS 13.2.2Show lessNick2002
