I want my money back
I got this vpn for school and went premium but every time I go to turn it on, it doesn’t connect and it gives me an option to become a premium member even though I already paid. I wanted to cancel before my free trial ended but I don’t see anywhere where it would let me. I want my money back, this app doesnt work :/Show lessVaneazie

I used to use this and loved it! It just updated a second ago so I decided to drop a review. The new build is cleaned up a lot and it's really good and I prefer it so much more to the old layout! I will say, however, I preferred the old app skin. That's about all I have to say! Overall, it's an amazing VPN! It's free at the expense of a few ads and now it even has a paid version without ads! Of course, it's entirely optional. But yeah, my only complaint is the new app skin. I'd like it if it could be reverted. It really stands out among my phone which I don't enjoy and it's pure black and white logo looks rather plain compared to the old design.

Best vpn
So I have a struck family, so they got a special Orbi WiFi which blocks vpns.. So I have 1 that work on data and this one that works on WiFi. So I looked through like 7-9 vpns and this vpn is lit. Very nice. And it isn’t a personal vpn which can be blocked by WiFi. But this is different as seen in settings. 5:5 outstanding👌✌️💛Show lessnarada lund

Great VPN, fast etc but one huge issue

I love using this VPN. The new UI update and advertisement system looks amazing. However the VPN will often drop connection even a few seconds after connecting. I would still be connecting, but wouldn’t have any connection. The only way of fixing this for a user is to restart/reconnect the VPN which gets very obnoxious especially when the VPN fails/drops after a few seconds of connecting.Show lessBustnugget

Sorry for the inconvenience. Please open the app menu in the top right corner and use the "Support request/contact us —>Trouble connecting VPN” option to let the app collect diagnostics before tapping on "Send Support Request" to send us the diagnostics report with a brief description of the issue. This will likely help us diagnose and fix any issues at the earliest.Works better then the rest on the App store!
After trying many VPNs on the App store this one was by far the best one. Glad my search is over. I can finally watch HBOnow and Netflix in Europe.Oostrider1
Used to work
I got the app about a week ago and I loved it, it worked all the time and was very fast to connect. Now whenever I go to click on the app it will exit out randomly and this happened with their other app also. It instantly kicks me out or when it does connect it stops working after a few minutes. The premium is way to expensive and they make the app bad so you will buy it.Show lesssupcargame
