We can assure you, any issues with the app do not reflect the service itself. We have been making upgrades to the app recently to help make the customer experience the best it can be. Please uninstall and reinstall the latest version of the app. That should resolve any issues. If not, please give our customer service department a call so that we can gather more details and try to find a solution. We appreciate your patience.
CarShield aka scam
Parts are cover after I used my CarShield membership they told me that diagnostic are not cover under also the shop is charging me 6 hours of labor and CarShield is only paying 4 so for a 1600 bill I have to pay half of it. DO NOT GET CRASHIELD

It is unfortunate to hear there may have been a misunderstanding about your coverage. We do go over the coverage with you when you sign up, as well as provide you with a copy of the contract immediately by email and a 30 day review period at the start of the contract to review it. Our claims administrator does cover diagnostics on covered components. Our contracts do advise that all parts and labor costs are verified per nationally recognized labor guides.
