  • Great ✨

    So I, like many people, use KineMaster for editing Gacha Videos. And I have to say, it’s a really good app. It offers so much more than iMovie and it’s easy to use once you get the hang of it. I’ve been experiencing no lag issues - save for one. When I add too many effects over an image or video that section starts looking a little bit visually laggy - the audio isn’t affected. It may just be the effects I use (primarily Blinking Lights and Anaglyph Slide) in conjunction and it’s not a major issue for me. But thank you for creating this app, it makes life for me and my sister so much easier.

    But I’ve heard that you’re going to close down KineMaster 5 in favor of version 6? If that’s true, then that’s why I’ve lowered a star. But if not, then 5 stars to you.

    Another slight issue I have is the watermark. It’s larger and more opaque than before, and it’s annoying because when I compile older KineMaster videos into a new one it looks horrible. So if you see this can you please consider reverting it? The old one is still noticeable and it doesn’t need to be as annoying as it is currently.

  • It’s good but…

    Okay, hi. KineMaster is an amazing app and it lets you do so many things with it even without the premium subscription which I really like, but there are a few bugs I’d like to talk about. The first bug is that whenever I add lots of 0.1 second screenshots/photos it gets really laggy. It’s really annoying sometimes because I have to make multiple projects and export all of them so that the app doesn’t lag. I don’t have a lot of storage which also means that I may not be able to export the full project as well. Another thing about the lag is when I’m lip-syncing the audio glitches as well, so the lip-syncing is very inconsistent. The last thing I want to talk about is a big problem for me, and to fix it I have to delete other apps that I have. Although I’m not sure if my low storage is causing this. What happens is: I have enough storage to export a project but then when it’s done exporting it says: “There was a problem while saving” or something like that. No matter what I tried: lowering the quality, the birate, and the frame rate but nothing worked. I tried looking for tutorials but they were all in different languages with English titles. Sometimes it was easy enough to see, so I could follow it, but it didn’t work. I need help :(

    Hello, we are so sorry you've had an issue with KineMaster lagging during the editing process. If you're experiencing any problems like slower performance, make sure the app is updated and restart your device without opening any other apps. Try reducing the layers in a project by creating projects in blocks (intro, ending, etc.) and saving them each separately to be added into the final project. Additionally, saving each time you've added a layer that you're satisfied with and then importing that video into a new project can greatly reduce lag. For your feedback on storage issues in KineMaster. As of KineMaster 5.2, any media added to projects is automatically duplicated and added to a project folder. To turn off this feature, open Settings>Editing, then tap the switch to turn it red. This will turn on using original photos and videos directly for projects. KineMaster will take up less space, but any media deleted that is in projects will disappear from them. To make more space, please delete unused apps and any other non-essential files. Additionally, you can manage which Assets are downloaded to your device from the KineMaster Asset Store by the My Assets button in the upper right hand corner next to the exit button (it looks like a folder with 'My' inside of it).Tap Remove to delete any unused Assets from your device.   • Great app!

    This app is helping me so much with videos I’ve always wanted to make. For example before I had this app, I just took screenshots and like I don’t exactly know how to explain it but like I just kept moving picture to picture and that was just sad to do so ya. Then I found iMovie which kinda was better but wasn’t it does not have the things I would use now that’s in KineMaster! KineMaster has literally been helping me SO much with a lot of videos! So far I found nothing at all wrong with this app. It it really good! And with what type of video I’m making this app works really well! Like I can add my own voice and even music to videos! This app is great for everyone that is trying to make any type of videos! I think this will help everyone that is trying to make videos because this app makes literally 10x easier! It took me awhile to like get used to the controls and what everything does but, after awhile I found it to be very! Easy to use! And for me I can actually use this app without internet so on long car rides I just go on this and start working on my video even more!
