The watermark is WAY too intrusive.
Response from developer
Hello, thank you for your feedback on the KineMaster watermark. To remove the watermark please consider subscribing to KineMaster Premium. To subscribe, tap the Subscribe Now button on the KineMaster main screen. Your subscription helps make KineMaster possible!
Great ✨
But I’ve heard that you’re going to close down KineMaster 5 in favor of version 6? If that’s true, then that’s why I’ve lowered a star. But if not, then 5 stars to you.
Another slight issue I have is the watermark. It’s larger and more opaque than before, and it’s annoying because when I compile older KineMaster videos into a new one it looks horrible. So if you see this can you please consider reverting it? The old one is still noticeable and it doesn’t need to be as annoying as it is currently.
SO YOU HATE ME NOW?!

Hello, we are so sorry you've had an issue with KineMaster lagging during the editing process. If you're experiencing any problems like slower performance, make sure the app is updated and restart your device without opening any other apps. Try reducing the layers in a project by creating projects in blocks (intro, ending, etc.) and saving them each separately to be added into the final project. Additionally, saving each time you've added a layer that you're satisfied with and then importing that video into a new project can greatly reduce lag. For your feedback on storage issues in KineMaster. As of KineMaster 5.2, any media added to projects is automatically duplicated and added to a project folder. To turn off this feature, open Settings>Editing, then tap the switch to turn it red. This will turn on using original photos and videos directly for projects. KineMaster will take up less space, but any media deleted that is in projects will disappear from them. To make more space, please delete unused apps and any other non-essential files. Additionally, you can manage which Assets are downloaded to your device from the KineMaster Asset Store by the My Assets button in the upper right hand corner next to the exit button (it looks like a folder with 'My' inside of it).Tap Remove to delete any unused Assets from your device. We hope this helps! Next, we will be happy to help you when you contact KineMaster's technical support. You can do that by tapping the FAQ button. Tap Email Support and be sure to attach any screenshots or screen recordings of the problem.

Edit: aha ok. I just spent afew hours editing a video and it consisted of layers, I cut one the layers to make it a different size but then it disappeared. Not knowing really what to do, I placed down the layer again but all of my other layers weren’t there, you couldnt see them. Can u do something about this please it’s so frustrating

Automatically renewed subscription
Response from developer
Hello, we're sorry you did not realize that a subscription is a service that automatically renews each specific time period until you cancel where it is billed through, the App Store. You subscription can be cancelled through the App Store and you can reach KineMaster directly anytime by tapping on the FAQ button (it looks like a question mark) on the home screen, then email support. To cancel the subscription, open the Settings app. Tap your name. Tap Subscriptions. (If you don't see "Subscriptions," tap "iTunes & App Store" instead. Then tap your Apple ID, tap View Apple ID, sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions, and tap Subscriptions.) Tap the KineMaster subscription that you want to manage. Tap Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, the subscription is already canceled and won't renew. If you would like, please feel free to contact KineMaster's customer support and we will be happy to help you. Again, you can do that by tapping the FAQ button, then tap the Email Support button at the bottom if your issue has not been solved. Any information you can give will help us make your experience a more positive one. Thank you!
