Support link in Chinese, Alexa integration not great.
I am trying to submit feedback on fundamental issues I have with the software from RolliCool but “cocoachina” the support site for this app I can’t work with as a native English speaker.
#1 the hardware I like very much.
However... I have a mini-split system but the picture and options in the app show a floor unit. I can not access all the features of the mini split system like the Auto setting.
Integration with Alexa is ridiculous except for turning the unit on and off. At 80 degrees F Alexa says it’s 174 degrees! I also cannot set the temperature directly, I have to work forward and backward from 174. People think I’m nuts when I ask for 172 degrees to get around 78!

Basics missing
Why can't I see the current room temperature and stop asking me about pairing with Amazon. I did it and I have to click it away EVERY TIME I start the app. Beyond annoying.
Feels like Pre Beta
The hardware is pretty good. The software needs a lot of work. This would be a better product if the manufacturer just open sourced it.
The app won’t tell you the current temperature. It won’t tell you if the unit is actively heating or cooling, just what mode you’ve set it to. It won’t even tell you what temperature you’re setting it to until after you set it. The interface makes no sense. You can’t set a repeating schedule, only a single start and stop once in the next 24 hours. The heat mode screen is blue! The “auto” button apparently does nothing. The “sleep” button might work, but you can’t tell from the app.
The only real advantage the app has over the old fashioned remote is the ability to change settings from outside the house.
The app tells me “Rollicool supports Alexa and Echo” every time the app loads, even though I tap “Don’t show again.” I don’t have an Alexa, we use Google Home. Oddly, there is no Google Home integration. There is no SmartThings support, no IFTTT support, no Nest support. It’s frustrating to have a smart home and a smart device that won’t work with any of it.

App
Air conditioner works great. The app looks good and is really easy to use, but I wish the app would display the current room temperature.
Struggled connecting to device FIXED
So I was reading the reviews because I too had trouble connecting the rolling 310 to my phone and I stumbled on one that basically said that it connects to 2.4GHz networks and not 5GHz. This made me realize that I was connected to my 5GHz WiFi network so I switched to my 2.4GHz network and boom it worked. Try it out y’all! It’ll work.

App doesn’t work
On 2.4Ghz WiFi, app will not pair with air conditioner. With the price of the air conditioner, I expect the app to work. I will be leaving a review on Amazon.
Can’t connect to unit
I can’t connect my phone to the AC unit. No matter what I do I cannot connect to the unit over Bluetooth. Please update the app.
Needs to be paired with 2.4GHz
After about an hour I finally figured out why I couldn’t get the Rollibot 310 to pair. The device has to be paired with a 2.4GHz not a 5GHz. If you have issues pairing and have a newer modem you might give this a try.
Pairing issues
Device never pairs with the app despite showing up as connected to Bluetooth on my phone
THIS APP IS HORRIBLE !!!
I bought the portable ac unit because of the app and it’s WiFi capability. It worked for a little while, then it stopped. The app kept giving the water full warning and not allowing the unit to start, even though there wasn’t any water in the unit. I contacted support who I assume just ignored me, after almost a month of no updates and no software fix. Waste of time and money.
