Only pairs using 2.4 WiFi Network
The unit was physically easy to install but pairing was difficult.
I contacted technical support and they were almost useless.
I was able to resolve my pairing issues with the app by reading the reviews here in the App Store that simply indicated that the unit will only connect to 2.4 Wi-Fi networks. So if you are having difficulty pairing to your phone simply verify that you are using your 2.4 network this change solved the problem for me.
So far I have not had any other issues.
One other problem that I read about was that users were unable to rename the device, that was not an issue for me I was able to rename it very easily.
I have only owned this unit for a few hours but so far other than a slight hiccup with pairing it seems to be a good unit1998 TJ
Can’t connect through WiFi/Bluetooth
Needs to be updated. Current app looks nothing like tutorials or previous recordings. Fix it or reverted back to when it actually works FFS!wc415

Do you plan on adding a feature to control the temperature at set times of the day?
IDE like to have it running on low when I’m not home and have it turn on higher before bed. Otherwise so far so good.nick name nickx

This app works perfectly fine and more importantly this split ac system works amazing. Not sure why people are critical these guys are the ones on the market with a diy split air that can installed by a newb. Oh and they made it wifi and bluetooth...👍👍👍👍👍👍CompMedMil

Won’t let me make a schedule
Every time I save a schedule it erases it after saving and leaving that screen. Not to mention the schedule doesn’t even work after setting it. Also vents don’t open and close like the website showed.TheRealSquirrelwhisperer

I am trying to submit feedback on fundamental issues I have with the software from RolliCool but “cocoachina” the support site for this app I can’t work with as a native English speaker.
#1 the hardware I like very much.
However... I have a mini-split system but the picture and options in the app show a floor unit. I can not access all the features of the mini split system like the Auto setting.
Integration with Alexa is ridiculous except for turning the unit on and off. At 80 degrees F Alexa says it’s 174 degrees! I also cannot set the temperature directly, I have to work forward and backward from 174. People think I’m nuts when I ask for 172 degrees to get around 78!DJ A.W.
