    App will not connect to unit no matter what

    Got my unit (1) day ago fairly easy to set up
    Major issues pairing even with 2.4GHZ..

    Never going to use an app which forces me to set up an account to use. That is bush league. Offer other alternatives.

    Will not bind with my Rolli Cool 310! Tech support promised an app update last week and it never came. I get the feeling from other reviews that they don’t intend to address this. So disappointed in this buggy software/AC unit. One of the main reasons I bought it was for the Bluetooth feature.

    Unit itself is great and worth buying. However, the software for smart app is not and needs more work finish the app code.
  • won’t pair to wifi with latest ios.

    The unit itself time-out while pairing even to 2.4ghz network, tried with an andriod & the app won’t even open on the latest version of that either. Their tech support was also no help!
  • Setup and pairing easy for me

    Setup and outing was easy for me since I like my iOS on 2.4 for phone anyway. It’s simple to use and control. I didn’t give 5 stars since the timer is a one and done timer. I’d like to see a programmable timer for 24 hours and possibly even for days of the week! This is a true blue HomePod home so we don’t access Alexa if there is an option for it there.
  • App Won’t Work - Falsely says water tank full

    Had this machine for months, both the machine and all ran wonderfully. One day it was particularly humid so we turned on the dehumidifier mode to see how well it works. The tank quickly filled, machine shuts off, and full tank warning pops up all as it should.

    Emptied both the top and bottom drain spots but there was barley any water. Talked with technical support which said “making sure there is no water to drain leave it on fan mode for a while. Then unplug the unit for 2-3 hours. After this time has passed please open the app and plug the unit back into the wall.

    This will allow the unit to in a way to "reset" itself and has been known to correct this issue”

    This however did nothing. I am unable to return the product for maintenance as I do not have all the original packing and boxes so I’m out of luck on this machine. It still works but the app and WiFi capabilities is what made the high price tag worth it. Not anymore.
