Be warned
I typically never write reviews but was so frustrated with these worthless switches I had to speak up! Do not buy! Look at the poor reviews. I wish I did. They are absolutely on point. App is horrible! It is actually easier to install than to set up through the app! Save your money. I wish I did.
Connection Issues
Always getting “device not responding...” messages whenever I try doing anything with the switches in terms of updates, WiFi enable/disable, etc.
Bad functionality, bad quality plastic, too expensive for what it can do
I bought a two gang iotty and as an electrician this is what I found:
I install switch and they don’t work properly until you pair it with the app
Tha app stays thinking for several time to update firmware and not responding properly, making me spend lot of time waiting for something that should be so simple
The switch works ok for couple of hours and then stop working, check power is there but having lot of issues with the app and switch not responding
Extremely hard to remove face plate, as an electrician I found this very frustrating imaging for someone who is not
Way too expensive for what it offered
Only on and off option not dimming ( how come)
I don’t recommend this switches due to its lock of functionality and lock of features, bad app responding

Amazing Switches
I had some issues with these switches in the beginning but after I reached iotty , they went extra miles and helped me figure out what was wrong with them and eventually managed to fix them. I had to decrease the backlight to 20% and re-register them because switches used to turn on and off by themselves. Iotty costumer service is very professional. The app is still not user friendly but i was told that they working on it to make it better. Keep up the good work and thanks.

Don’t Buy
I just purchased three of these devices. They don’t work trust me don’t buy this product. Does t connect to internet the app doesn’t work and when we put the plates on they don’t work. Had a professional electrician install them and he even said that out of all the smart devices he’s installed these were the worst. Straight garbage don’t buy. You Have Been Warner!!!!!!

Hello there, if the touch does not work when you put the faceplate, it may be that the touch of the device didn't have the time to recalibrate. We suggest you both remove and attach the faceplate with the Main Power turned off. If this is not possible, make a soft reset from the iotty app: go on the device setting after you attach the faceplate and select "Restart device". For any requirement, please contact support@iottysmarthome: we will be happy to help you in the best possible way and, if necessary, we will replace the plates if they are faulty.
An app from the 1990s
It has become painfully obvious that iotty is a hardware team and not a software team. They have a good product but the app has a poor UI/UX, way to many bugs, and half the functions don't work. Hire some developers!!
Update. Finally they’ve fixed the problem and I can now use the app on my iPad pro!
Finally I can open and use this app on my iPad Pro!

I've waited patiently for a fix from the developer, and install every new version, but it STILL doesn't work on my 1st gen ipad pro. Frankly I'm sick of being ignored. I've offered to help fault find or beta test but still nothing.

It's very frustrating, but every time I open this app, after a couple of seconds it just shuts down again, making it impossible to use. On my iPhone it works fine, but not on the Ipad. I've tried removing and reinstalling but same result. Splash screen, followed by something that says activities but as soon as you see that it's gone, and so is the app.
100 percent repeatable.
I reported this a while ago to the developer but nothing has been done. Please fix it so I can give it the rating it deserves.

Love the product
But there are still a lot of things to improve.
First, the location actions do not always work, even after the last update.
Second, the app is very slow! I sweat when I open it
Third, please needs integrations with IFTTT, Google Home, Stringify (optional, but it would be very cool)
