Fantastic but bugs to iron out
Fantastic concept and service but the new app lock feature is quite buggy and often requires a slow painful app restart. Also notifications around your account needing new payment details or updated drivers license are much needed!

Mevo makes not owning a car a non issue, use it all the time to go shopping or just to drive to the beach
Great service, could use a few improvements
This is a great service - the cars are lovely, there are enough of them that they’re easy to find around the CBD and the system operates in a very user-friendly manner. The app is a bit glitchy, especially when it comes to ending your ride, but they have a very accessible and helpful customer service team who have always sorted me out quickly. I’d also love to see them expand the home zone, or implement a higher cost outer zone, so that you can drop the cars in e.g. Petone, Kelburn village, or Newtown. I’m sure it’ll only get better as use improves and am so glad to see this set up in NZ!

Great Service
My only complaint is not being able to book a car more than 30 minutes out. Everything else is great.
