Super annoying

I just want an extra rinse on the beko washing machine cycle. You can’t add it on the machine itself. This app doesn’t work. I’ve saved my favourite cycle with an extra rinse and it keeps going back to a different pre set one I never programmed. Connecting to the machine is very hit and miss. Hopeless.

App won’t work

I want to open account and when I go to final step and submit to create account it says error , ur email is invalid , I tried 4 different emails and still same any help

Remote off

This app is still not working, paired with the machine but it can't switch remote control on.

I don’t know if the developers are retarded or something, but there was no way to create a worse app.

Crashes N can’t pair

Hi Developer, can you please fix this ASAP as it’s not pairing with my dishwasher which it used to pair with & couldn’t pair my new washer & dryer.

No joy with Beko washer dryer (Update: It finally works!)

Like others, have not been able to successfully add my Beko washer dryer. Add the barcode and absolutely nothing works.

Update 4/12: I’m not sure if it was the most recent app update, iOS 16, or a combination of both, but I’ve finally managed to connect my iPhone 12 Pro with my Beko washer dryer. Just running my first custom program now. When it works, it’s actually quite cool.

If you haven’t tried for a while, I’d suggest giving it another go.

Wash and dry machine is working excellent. The app is… I don’t know what to say. First step, can’t verify mail. Ten times tried. If I have to be programmer to solve simple sign in, I’m not using it.

Terrible. Beko won’t pair.

Terrible app. Doesn’t match instructions that have come with a 2022 Beko dryer and the dryer (despite being in pairing mode with the wifi logo flashing) is not ‘found’ by this app. Totally pointless.

I don’t understand why I need to share my location the whole time I want to use the app. I shared it once isn’t it enough for the records? Moreover the app is no use, can’t connect my Beko washer dryer. Only can go as far as scanning the barcode and then it says that no devices can be found. In addition there’s a lack of options to choose from cleaning devices. Only options are either a washer or a dryer. I have 2in1 a washer and a dryer in one appliance. Not very thought through. I would’ve thought these things would be taken into consideration especially because your parter is Beko. Uninstalled as soon as installed the app
