  • Won’t let me resume watching

    Lots of poker to watch and enjoy, but if I stop in the middle of watching something the app doesn’t remember where I was so I can “resume” my viewing when I return. So I have to write down what I was watching and the time I stopped so I can shuttle to where I had been. I add things to my favorite file but even there it won’t remember where I was. I’m trying this for a month and if I can’t get this issue resolved I’ll find another way to watch poker.

  • Caution ahead - updated

    I purchased PokerGO to watch the content which I greatly enjoy. I bought on my AppleTV. It shows up in my purchases in my App Store subscriptions, however it won’t let me restore purchases successfully from my iPad, so I can’t watch on other devices. It also doesn’t allow me to figure out my password or reset it from my iPad. Since I’m now away from my Apple TV for a while, this subscription is useless to me. Will ask for a refund unless someone can help address this issue with me.

    Great content is there, but it’s such a pain to use, I’ll just find other poker content elsewhere.

    UPDATE - PokerGO contacted me and I was able to resolve the issue. The AppleTV signup didn’t require a password and I needed to reset the password to play on the iPad. The App still is not perfect (hard to surf), but the content is excellent and they honestly tried to help. Give it a try.

  • Can’t watch

    Prepaid for 1 year subscription and the content didn’t unlock. How can these guys be so unorganized! I am now in the process of asking Apple for a refund, what a waste of time.
  • Subscription package

    How come I can’t access content it is still locked but I have paid the annual subscription $160. I have waited 24 hrs but it is still not activated
    There was no email sent to activate my subscription but the money already taken out
    I have signed in and out on the app hoping that mite work but still there is content still locked

  • Took my money but still didn’t work!

    Paid for the annual subscription, confirmation in email, money left my bank account and then logged in to the app and it’s still asking me to subscribe and all the content is locked!!! Can someone contact me ASAP you don’t expect to pay 100£ and still not be able to use the app!!!!!!!!
  • Very Buggy

    I love the content on the App, but this app had some very frustrating bugs from time to time. Twice now I’ve tried to subscribe through the app, only to have my payment go through but fail to actually subscribe me. The money will be charged on my end, but I’ve had to go and request refunds from Apple due to not actually being subscribed.

    There are also many times when the images and titles of certain content don’t match where you’re taken when selected. For example, when I select to watch what I think is High Stakes Poker, occasionally I’ll be taken to something completely different.

    Again, great content, but app can use some serious improvements.

  • Some really obvious issues

    Great poker content but the app is a hot mess. Even just getting the content to load requires opening/closing the app numerous times.

    Ok, finally, the app opens properly. It’s not always so easy to find the content you want, but let’s say you do. Then you start watching a 3hour session. It doesn’t save your location in the video ! Every time you close the app you need to find your spot again. What a pain. Start here and we can add additional critiques.

  • Great content, terrible app

    I love the content that Poker Go offers however the app is absolutely horrendous. It has tons of glitches however the issue that I have the most is that once you start an episode (being as some of the cash games of seasons past are hours long) there is not an option to “continue watching” or pick up where you left off on certain episodes. So I am basically having to make notes of which season, which episodes I am currently watching and furthermore, the time stamp of where I am at in a specific episode to be able to fast forward to that spot. If this issue alone would be addressed, it would be a 5 star rating from me.

  • Love the content, but painfully buggy on all platforms

    Was so excited to watch my fav poker shows like High Stakes and Poker After Dark. You can’t actually watch anything without a paid subscription, but I knew that going in and didn’t have an issue paying for quality content. But the apps for iPhone, iPad, and AppleTV are so poorly done they are basically unusable.

    None of the apps mark your progress, so you are left guessing which episodes you’ve seen. There’s also no way to let it auto advance to the next episode, you have to go back to the series page and take another guess at what’s next. On AppleTV, entire series won’t even load.

    But the last straw was when the apps stopped recognizing my App Store purchase. There’s no “restore my purchase” option at all on AppleTV, and while there’s an option for it on the iPad and iPhone apps, it no longer works. I both canceled my subscription and asked for a refund of my current month, since there’s no way to use it.
