App just crashes
Don’t bother app won’t open just crashes.
Every time
Please revise the app so I’m not asked every time I use it if I want to be notified of deals. I hit “not now” every time. Please just ask once, not every time I use the app.

Great friendly staff here! Place is always clean. They have top of line bakery and fresh foods to go. Pizza & burritos are tasty 🙃
Car wash
This isn’t about the app, but their car wash is terrible, it’s super rough on cars. It ripped the seal right off of the passenger side window, and chipped the paint on the roof. I haven’t even looked for any more because it’s night at the time I’m posting this, but it probably did more damage. If you like your car to be in nice condition, I wouldn’t risk using their car wash

Frequent customer
I have 2 family expresses both in 5 min of me. And I love both locations! And I find mussels looking for family express no matter what town I’m in Bc they always have great customer service and I love f.e. perks😁
Good App
I work next door to a store and utilize my card daily. I save tons in the course of a month
Can’t even sign up
Multiple errors in the sign up process, including a data entry error on opening the app (no data had yet been entered). Then it threw another error atating that “data is incorrectly formatted” but apparently still registered my mobile number and now won’t let me use it. Then when I tried to enter my wife’s number to move the process forward, the app just crashed.

I love the fact I can earn free items after purchasing X amount. Then the bonus’ for additional cents off.
