Essential app for those who travel of need to access another pc from work. Or work PC from home. Very well done.
Not Happy With Productivity
Usually App versions work much better than web versions, but with this App I have found it to be the opposite. There is a very bad typing delay within the app that I don’t experience anywhere else on my IPad. I’m using OS11, so it may be isolated to that. Since I use this primarily for work and emails I need to be able to move quickly through my emails, very unfortunate. Even still I tried to just use the web version and it makes me use the app. Not happy with the sophistication of this app, especially for a paid service.

Terrible UI compare to Citrix reciever
The interface is half baked at most. I have a Citrix mouse and Bluetooth keyboard. The on screen mouse never goes away. The on screen keyboard either stays on to cover the bottom of screen, or completely disappears disabling the keyboard input as well.
This is a terribly half baked app with unusable interface. It’s surprisingly expensive at $22 a month. I’m surprised anyone could make it work. I would not use it if not for the Citrix mouse input.

Easy to access and use
Been using GoToMyPC for years now. Such an easy program. Love it. Have used when travelling abroad as well as from my home office. Never experienced any problems. Highly recommend

Easy to login. Super easy for end users. Virtual mouse to use with easy to follow instructions.
Standby access
Allows plant access to make remote adjustments. Saves standby operator time and company money.
Extortion
Don’t get this app if you don’t already have it. The price has increased one thousand percent since I started using it. Initially paid less than $30 yearly, now more than $400. You come to rely on the app and then they raise the price 10 fold.
Almost unusable on an ipad
Am working in Spain and need to remote in to my desktop in the UK. I have three screens there. All show as one big screen, which is fine, but mouse pointer is way out for some programs such as Outlook and it can take ages just to save an attachment for instance because pressing on a button does nothing or even presses the wrong button. You have to move the mouse around until you see something highlight. Is basically guesswork. Is hard enough working remotely without these bugs but I am here now so don't have another option. NIGHTMARE!

Update
When will you be updating for new OS? I can’t open app for several updates no saying it’s not compatible and needs to be updated. Please hurry, it’s been going on for like a year now and I’ve been a subscriber for years.
