Have had to manually enter days repeatedly, gets cumbersome when you travel a lot. The app doesn’t save changes and tracking location doesn’t always function. Will delete and find something else.AP says

Nice layout with decent functionality. But many cliches within the location function. Numerous messages that I am missing days. When I go to see what days r missing the app then informs me no days r missing. Contacted support it seems they r a where of this issue.gyno1466
Don’t waste your money
My husband and I both purchased this app to track our residency days. In the first month and a half that we have been using it it has failed to record our locations on multiple days. We have uninstalled and reinstalled several times per customer service to get it to sync to no avail. It also recorded my location as Nebraska when I was in California all day! Worst app ever!!! Constantly told that they can’t track my movements even though I was in the 3 of 4 residences that I own AND listed on their website. Oh, and the 4th is in the Bahamas — I received mixed reports from them on whether or not they can track that location. Just rec’d an email from them that it’s a problem with Apple?!?!Show lesstotally disappointef

In the last few months Tax Bird is frequently not recording days. No sense to when this happens. No instructions on how to remediate.Tonka53

While aesthetically appealing, the functionality has become way more clunky. Adding planned dates and changing dates is difficult. It’s adding planned dates repeatedly, when you try to delete a repeated date, it deletes something else. Would rather have the old interface that worked much more easily. It’s a shame since I’ve paid for the membership. Will be looking for another platform.Show lessIysabella

It’s expensive for its lack of capabilities. The whole screen doesn’t even show up on the phone, so you can’t click on some banners because they don’t show up.Aks102!!!
Has a few issues...
Double count days if you visit multiple states over a 24 hour period. I will have over 365 days in my year end report.
I purchased this app to track days in NYS vs Canada. I’m 10 miles from the NYS boarder in Canada, Tax Bird continues to believe I’m in NYS. Was hoping it would register “other” as the app doesn’t support international travel.Show lessHefe100

Hello Hefe100, We intentionally allow a user to have a single calendar day attributed as a full day in multiple states. This is to take the most conservative approach to the count of days that a state could consider that you've been there. Several states explicitly say that any part of a day spent in their state will count as one full day which is the same approach that we use.
