Bad app is hurting FNBO’s reputation
Here are some suggestions for improvement: 1) Reduce or eliminate the lengthy inter-account transfer time, especially when transferring to and from other FNBO accounts, like it was with Milli. 2) Allow us to use the app to make transfers, like we could with Milli. 3) Make the interest rate of all accounts held with FNBO Direct easily visible, like it was with Milli. 4) Make this a modern, full-featured app to be proud of, not just a blue colored version of the other FNBO app. You know, like Milli.
Sorry, but you pulled the plug on the wrong app.
