Bad app is hurting FNBO’s reputation

This app is giving your bank a bad name.

Here are some suggestions for improvement: 1) Reduce or eliminate the lengthy inter-account transfer time, especially when transferring to and from other FNBO accounts, like it was with Milli. 2) Allow us to use the app to make transfers, like we could with Milli. 3) Make the interest rate of all accounts held with FNBO Direct easily visible, like it was with Milli. 4) Make this a modern, full-featured app to be proud of, not just a blue colored version of the other FNBO app. You know, like Milli.

Sorry, but you pulled the plug on the wrong app.

Can't even transfer funds

This is the worst mobile banking app I have ever used. You don't even have the ability to transfer money to/from from within the app. You have to log in via the web to accomplish this most basic necessity. Worse transfers between different first national accounts aren't instant and take 6 days. I miss Milli.

FNBO direct app is Beyond useless! Tiny bank with broken technology

Why would a BANK create, maintain, and publish an app that doesn’t move money!!????????????

Worthless app. Condescending customer support. A bank app 1. SHOULD ALLOW money movement in and out 2. Display accurate balances and rate. 3. Have reliable knowledgeable customer support 4. Be up and working 24/7 5. Work without having to “log on to full site” to perform transactions. FNBO direct should be removed from Apple Store for being useless. FNBO developers should respond with information and not just say call 800 number. Especially when phone support staff do nothing to help. May as well sell bank to a competitor that has FUNCTIONING app technology!!! Developers should read comments and implement enhancements that work No external transfers. Can’t see rate. Can’t see pending transactions entered in “full site”. After going to full site then logging on then complete transfers. Why have an app if have to go to another site and log in and do transfers?? App and app support are useless. All app developer ever responds is we are sorry call 800 number or log in to “full site”. Useless app. Zero support.

Useless app

Displays current balance and posted transactions. NOTHING else, not even rate. You must open full site website to see rate BEFORE you log in. After you log in you can do transfers on a webpage that is NOT optimized for a smart phone so you have so much endless scrolling to find clickable buttons. The app should could open the full website because the app is useless. 2023 and FNBO is supposed to be a technology company but nothing works. Very sad. Reading other reviews all developers say is to call 800 number for help. Reviews from 6 years ago, 4 years ago, 1 year ago and three months ago ALL SAY NO EXTERNAL TRANSFERS… developers say sorry but you can call 800 number for health. Lauritzens have lost touch with proud customer service! App should be removed from Apple App Store as it is useless.

Does nothing! No transfers. No rate

App does nothing but display balance. No s. Doesn’t show pending transactions. Doesn’t show rate. Total junk app. Apple should remove the app from store and replace with link to full site that is antiquated and unfriendly to use on a phone due to all the left right required scrolling to find a button to take action.

Wow. Just wow how useless. Take a look at discover or Amex for true functioning apps.

Lost access to my funds

The transfer money option no longer works in the FNBO Direct app after the introduction of Zelle for all transfers on the FNBO side (and yes my apps are up to date). You need a second Zelle account (with a new email and phone number) to send money between FNBO & FNBO-D accounts, despite the fact that they share a routing number, because they aren’t on the same app.

Without a transfer option and because FNBO-D is completely online (no debit card) my money is quite literally stuck in my account. I can handle glitches, not shady business practices or incredibly poor planning & oversight. Even if this gets resolved, it’s unacceptable to suddenly lose access to an account. Save your time & money and bank elsewhere.

Deposits and transfers.

I gave it a three rating because you do not offer external transfers from the app, which is very inconvenient. Also, the photo capture for deposits is very touchy and takes too long to capture the picture.

Also, the details for how much interest is being made is not easily identified. It would be nice to have a quick and easy location to identify what the interest rate is on the app.

Worthless app with no functionality

Halarious! Take the ti w to call their support center and told “that’s just the way it is, you have to use the full app to do transfers”.

Them make comments on App Store and the same comments 6 years ago 4 years a go1 year ago and last week have same complaints…. Never fixed in 6 or 4 or 2 or 1 year ago, but FNBO app developer says “ sorry doesn’t meet your expectations… concerns have been shared appropriately”.

Appropriately for 6 years and ZERO improvements?? Wish Bruce Lauritzen and his father were in charge, they would not have tolerated this level of substandard garbage treatment to long time customers. Wake up Clark!! Take care of business!!

Read reviews before installing!

6 years ago, 1 year ago, 2 days ago all say app is crap, can’t do external transfers, must go to full site which is lousy antiquated and next to impossible to use on a phone. Pc works greatly but who drags a desktop onto around to transfer money??

App has two needs, deposit money and transfer money. Both stinking FNBO Direct “great big small bank” worthless all and antiquated full website.

Go to capital one or discover for decent functionality.

AND FNBO direct takes 5-7!days to transfer money…. ACH is next day snwhy are they taking 5-7 days??
