Benefit ypdates unreliable
Recently the app shows benefits available that are not actually available. The app also says “ benefits may be 2 to 5 days behind”. How about two weeks or more behind if they update at all. I’m still showing a balance for cheese, bread, yogurt and vegetables even though those benefits were used well over 14 days ago. If you’re relying on this app to be accurate when you go to check your groceries, don’t rely on it. Rely on the paper print out. I don’t know if this is a database problem from Texas WIC or a problem with the app, but it needs to be fixed.Show lessRionmoon
Never loads your benefits
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, logged out and logged back in, checked my network connection and it STILL doesn’t load my benefits. It’s done this for the past three months! And I know I have benefits becuase they send me the paper in the mail. But the whole point of the app is so I can have an updated version of my benefits. Really wouldn’t recommend this app.Show lesskellar967
Worked good for like the first week
Worked good for like a week and since then I can’t even get the app to stay open or even open up sometimes. It just closes. I can’t look at what I have left. I can’t look at what I can get. I can’t even look at the Home Screen.Wickednitemare
