Doesn’t work properly in iPhone’s dark mode
I spent hours trying to pair my camera last night. It wasn’t until I figured out that my iPhone on dark mode was hiding many functions on the app. Please fix that. Thanks.Hail to the bleach

The app is the means to change the settings on the camera for video and photo... and now none of the settings can be accessed thus making the camera a brick. What a waste of money.756208303
Cannot sign in
I’m being told I need to sign in via Facebook but when I’m directed after FB login, FB tells me the app is still in development mode and I need to ask the provider for beta permission. Also, if I want to create a new account I need the serial number which it doesn’t automatically pull up. It sends me to a page in mostly Chinese even though it’s marked as USA. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!Show lessDudeeeeRadddd
What happened to the app?
Used to work fine, now I can’t view my album, and there’s no way to go back from certain screens without closing the app. Might be more issues but I gave up trying to use it... please fix.GiantAntCowboy
Can’t log in with FB
I used to log int with my Fv, but today it shows API error 5... I don’t wanna loss all my files...Teemo King
New version can’t connect, no way out of logging in.
What the heck happened to this app? No way to connect to the Insta360 One (just checks the checkmark when connecting via Bluetooth, but nothing happens. [EDIT: Nope, just not compatible with iOS “dark mode” that’s been out for many months now. In dark mode, the “Confirm” button is invisible since it’s black on black. Poor programming!]
Also, no way to cancel “login” screens. Buggy as hell and getting worse!Show lessfpsurgeon
Crashes
This app crashes every minute on iphone 11 pro max and ipad pro 12.9 after the update. Editng is is very difficult when u cant preview it says hyperlapse will be viewed after exporting. U better research and study what you are doing. ALWAY CRASHOraq88
Buggy
I want to like this app and be more apart of the social aspects it has, but it is quite buggy. Facebook login does not even work at all. App can crash while editing. Finally it does not export in 4K like if you were to do it on the computer through the studios software.Avocado5123
