An app to use with the device I purchased is what I wanted. But what we get are constant adds for the product I purchased.cubin the bear

The app seems nice but so many problems, crashes, lock up and other technical issues. Gets aggravating when app stops working during projects or organization of files.Trish little pod
Please release updated software
Requesting the ability to zoom in on free capture and the ability to set the video to shoot at custom intervals like 1,2,3,5,7 minutes. because downloading 15 minute long videos is a hassle.Emosby

These folks are incapable of putting together software for their own products, period. Worthless. I’m throwing my camera out, which now refuses to be recognized by my iPad in lighting connection. Just total crap. Get a 360 camera from anyone else.notreadyforwork
Flawed App - Doesn’t show all of my photos
The App will display photos taken in 2018 but none of the ones that I’ve taken in 2019. I know that they are on the memory card because I can read them on MacOS using the Insta360 Viewer and Studio Apps. However, those Apps can’t share the photos. The site that they used was closed down last year.
So, the only way that I can share my new |photos is to send them to people and ask them to install the insta360 proprietary App. Hardly friendly!
