Dear Long-standing TOS client, Financial scams are continuously evolving and becoming more sophisticated. We have implemented measures in line with industry’s effort to combat online scams. UOB Access, previously known as Mighty Secure, is a digital security token used to keep your online banking activity more secure. Effective 26 June 2023, you are required to authenticate your online banking transactions with UOB Access as you will no longer receive SMS One-Time-PIN. In a bid to tighten security, there is a cooling off period, where the duration of Secure Pin Activation is extended to 12 hours. We seek your understanding on this matter. Catch 22 - Verify Secret Words when it could not be set up yet
When we tried to set the secret words on a desktop PC, it was refused, as it could only be set by accessing the secure PIN using this TMRW app

Dear Cookie HS, Please visit https://www.uob.com.my/personal/eservices/tmrw/uob-access.page to set-up UOB Access first by creating Secure PIN. After the 12-hour cooling off period, activate the Secure PIN to complete the setup. Then navigate to Services > Settings to setup your Secret Word.
