The log in is also cumbersome. Why can’t I enter the username and password straight away? Why do you make us go through additional steps?

Dear JCheam, We are sorry it's been frustrating! Please visit https://www.uob.com.my/personal/eservices/tmrw/uob-access.page to set-up UOB Access first by creating Secure PIN. After the 12-hour cooling off period, activate the Secure PIN to complete the setup. Then navigate to Services > Settings to setup your Secret Word.
