Worst experience ever
We were visiting ottawa when we thought of using their e scooters but it kept on giving us stop reminders saying area beyond our service area and we couldn’t even go to 1km and wasted money on getting it. Had to return to the same place we got it from helmets were already broken and the service is worst. Come toronto and try our bikes and learn how to provide servicesShow lessHarshi1719

What the point of riding if you’re not gonna talk dirty to me, you make me pay for a ride, which is illegal in this province, and then you talk like I just walked in HRs office at work this morning. If I’m paying for a ride, I want it dirty. Enjoy your ride, more like enjoy being eternally flaccid, not only did I arrive late, I don’t think I’ll ever be arriving again. Sneaky billing - stole my money
Purchased a three day pass that continued billing me every three days for the following month. $250 later and they would only repay about 20% of this, claiming that I had opted in for auto renewal and even sending me a screen capture that incorrectly advertises this checkbox empty and requiring to be checked by the purchaser. I sent back screen captures indicating that this was not an opt in service but actually prefilled, which I felt to be designed to catch people out and unfair. Their support then repeated the generic responses from their and we weren’t further helpful, watch out!Show lessJordalino
Service is okay but beward of auto-payments
The app and service are okay, but when setting up your account there is a pre-selected option for auto-payments. I have been charged 3 times for the 3 day pass for 2 days of use, and when I asked for a refund of the 2 over charges they are dragging their feet in providing the refund.
Beware setting up an account and ensure you untick the auto payment option if you only intend to use this as a once off, like I did. I normally am good with this type of thing but in this instance they caught me and charged me triple what they should have.Show lessHE > i

Simple and and easy to set up and connect with scooter using the QR codes on each Scooter.
Love the speed zones they keep everyone safe. Also like the way the scooters can only stay in certain areas Allows for easy access and finding of the scooters before rides.
Great value for money for fast and easy transportation around city’s using the day pass or week pass is great value for money.
