Photos and videos not saving

Edit 2: We are aware of this issue. For now, a workaround is to select one or more photos, tap the ellipses button at the bottom center, and tap “Save to Photo Library”. Feel free to contact us at team.photosafe@gmail.com Hi, If you subscribed to Premium, And you want to keep the photos and videos and delete the app, you will have to use iCloud Sync or Google Drive Backup. After you get the new device, photos and videos will sync back to your new phone in case of iCloud Sync, or you just restore from the backup in case of Google Drive Backup. If you don’t have premium, you want to get a new phone and keep all the photos and videos, you will have to backup the data of the old phone to iCloud or using iTunes to a computer. And then you will have to restore from the backup on the new phone. We currently don’t have a copy or backup of your photos and videos. So if you don’t have a backup anywhere and delete the app, photos and videos are expected to be deleted as well.
