Did a mobile check capture, mind you I just done one a week prior to this one! The same way . My app is updated and all. Just to upload it get an email telling me to write void on the front of my check and now the app won’t open to receive the voided capture and customer service is telling me they no long use this system! It’s the weekend my mom balloon release is tomorrow in Lawton and my employer is out of town and I don’t have money . What happened with Mobile check capture?it’s bad enough they closed there local branch and the closest one is 50 miles away all of a sudden Mobile check capture does not pop up in app anymore and I don’t see any where that it says that service is discontinued .please fixDeveloper Response

Horrible customer support. I’ve been trying to get an authorization hold released from an order that was canceled three weeks ago. Attempted to speak with a supervisor spending the last week nicely trying to get it resolved as the merchant said they have done everything on their end to have it released over two weeks ago. I spent three hours on the phone, mostly on hold, to speak with a supervisor but it took three “accidental” transfers back to the main number before a Supervisor spoke with me and said that I have to do their work for them and request a letter from the merchant stating the order was canceled. When I attempted to do a three way call with merchant the Supervisor hung up the call. DO NOT use this card in anywayShow lessDeveloper Response
