This app was ok until I had trouble with Face ID. I’m bad for remembering passwords so that’s why I use that feature I couldn’t remember my password so I was locked out. I reset my password but was still locked out for a few hours. I’m thinking if I reset it I should be able to go and check my wages well no it gave me no access. I attempted to call customer service through Netspend and they were not understanding the situation as I explained it to them. He talks to his supervisor and comes back and says this number is for Netspend mobile banking and that the earned wages is not with them. Well I said the app is called Netspend earned wages can I get that department he proceeds to say call back in 10 min so I can escalate the situation I hung I never like talking to customer service that is not fluid in my own language and not that type of person but when there is a language barrier how can you help if you are having trouble understanding my problem.
