Had an awful experience.
Absolutely awful, I rarely write reviews, let alone negative ones but my experience with b9 has been awful. After these awful experiences I attempted to remove my b9 from my direct deposit and it gave me multiple issues, next pay day came around and all my money went to my b9 account... I tried to transfer to another account and it's taken 6 days and no luck. I've tried contacting customer support and my my first ticket for assistance got closed with no response, second one I was told to go to the FAQ for assistance, went to it and found nothing to help me with my problem after scrolling through each section 3-5 times each. Opened another ticket and once again got ignored, ticket closed with no help. Absolutely awful and I'll recommend staying away from this app, you might not have the same experience but I know I'll never touch this service again and tell all my friends to stay away and advocate for them to never use this garbage service.Show lessCustomer Service Needs Polishing
Hello PNC Bank, I am a first time customer I switched over from Chime banking their customer service is great but I don’t like some of their banking techniques so I thought I’d try something different so I switch to you. You have some of the worst Customer Service I have ever experienced, I was talking to someone today and I wasn’t even through with my sentence and he hung up on me mid sentence. I don’t understand this. I wasn’t even finished with what I was saying and he thought I was done. This is not acceptable. It is rude by far. It wasn’t an accident. I know it wasn’t, it was done on purpose and you can tell by the tone of your employees. They’re not happy you need some work done with your employees. They sound very annoyed or unhappy. You need to do something about this note from Chime. They make their own plays some very happy and happy to be at work, sound like they enjoyed their job and enjoyed their customers. Great service and excellent customer service and care. Definitely have recommended this amazing service to our worldwide family and associates!! We gonna continue to support you guys and gals and keep letting the community know we don’t have to continue to let the banking companies keep overcharging us for a poor customer service that only benefit them as a whole, so my job is and has been since day one is to pass along to our people that a new company that has come along that actually has shown and proves that they care for their customers with a service that is second to none. SALUTE!! Thank you for all you do to provide assistance to our community worldwide who needs from time to time a helping hand that isn’t covered with mud.
