Worked great but now unusable.
iOS constantly crashes on startup. Can't get past the loading screen.

Same trouble as others. Couldn’t load card so gave up. Worse than useless!
Suggestion
Most likely won’t get looked at but may I suggest adding note from user box? Like they can leave a “Be back in 30min!” Or “here till full charge!” Cause the amount of times someone waits for a charger and sometimes misses the current user and has to wait for another user to full charge can be hours…

App crashes
iOS app crashes ,reinstalled 6 times with same result,called help desk 4 days ago with no return phone call as promised
Great app for a great service
All the important features are there, maps and links to the chargers, live updates, charger status, you can keep an eye on your charge from the app.
Now you can add RFID tags and order them in the app too. Brilliant!

Never launches
After continuous reinstalls, iOS updates and still the app just crashes
Great app trouble loading card
Great app but keep getting error message when I go to upload a new card. Had to visit the website to get this done.
Can’t pay balance
No pay now button to charge the balance on the account to the saved card.
