Can’t sign in.
Well I can get in on the internet but multiple tries on the app to no avail. Functionality zero stars.
Too expensive
Too expensive. Their charging stations are growing in number which is good but the prices are too expensive.
Poor customer service
I downloaded this app to use the ChargeNet network in New Zealand, having hired an electric vehicle.
I setup an account in advance but found I wasn’t able to activate the charging stations. I tried via this app, via the website and via the TXT method. Eventually, after 5 mins of trying it did activate (not sure which method worked - but I suspect it wasn’t the app).
Most annoyingly, and the reason I am writing this review (even though this isn’t about the app per se) is that I was never able to get through to the help line in the phone. I tried about 15 to 20 times over the space of an hour and each time it timed out. It made an annoying situation quite stressful.
