Poor App Performance
Using iPhone XS Max and when trying to use remote it says move closer to device. I am sitting next to it!!!! The volume will not go over 75%. App says limits with IOS 13 and need to reinstall app. Snag is I installed it with current IOS.PSamways

Well I can’t even connect my speaker to the wifi through the app, there seems to be a bug on the app so kinda makes the app pointless yanno 🤷♂️mrjusthowya
Useless App
No matter what I do, the app will not allow my MegaBlast to connect to Wifi. The Alexa feature therefore is not usable.
Click on the help section ands it tells me - make sure your speaker is on and in range. Can’t get it any closer than on it!!

Fail
Said my speaker needed to be updated. Made me email myself a link. Clicked on the link and it downloaded a dmg file. On my iOS device. Any way to update my speaker without a laptop? Apparently not. Complete fail. Last time I buy a UE product.lxjfgsdkjafgjsahdgcfjks
Great sound, shame about the app.
Got a Megablast a year ago. Great sound and the app was functional if a bit basic. Got a second Megablast a month ago after seeing you could now group them for stereo. Have spent what seems like most of that month trying to get the app to do just that. Despite numerous attempts I get completely inconsistent behaviour from the app, peppered with meaningless messages and often-unfollowable suggestions. Logitech phone support have been polite, well-meaning but ultimately ineffective at fixing my issues and the online documentation I’ve been able to find is silent on the subject. No update to the app in nearly a year tells you all you need to know about how much support they want to give this one, I guess.Show lessManz801
App won’t connect to WiFi
The app keeps asking me to setup when I do it says failed try again ... after doing it couple of times it says connect to WiFi then it fails and takes me back to setup pageM02yad
Needs work
Definitely agree with other reviewers, this app needs a lot of work. Im having issues connecting the speakers to WiFi or even group speakers. I’m down to only use Bluetooth. It’s so disappointing.

2020 AWFUL!!!
IF I COULD GIVE THIS ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!! First it kept saying it found my blast and then lost it. Then every time it would have me click blast the app would shut down. I restarted my phone. Redownloaded the app. And now can’t get my new speaker to get up... how exciting 🤩😍 this is ridiculous and return ur speaker don’t even waste your time because you won’t be able to connect it anywaysShow lessmaria6758
Unable to update
The app goes into a loop & then errors out when checking for updates. Please fix have iPhone X w current iOS installed. I believe this is keeping me from full functionality of speaker. If I though the reviews stating this glitch... I would not purchased. The speaker has great sound quality... software awful!

Grouping doesn’t work
I purchased multiple speakers with the idea that I could connect them both at the same time as advertised. While I can play music from them individually, the app gets stuck when trying to pair the two of them and it never works.schang12
