  • Supported Devices

    Which model does support this app? How to get list of the compatible router for this app?
  • Pathetic, needs tons of rework

    This app doesn’t hold a candle against the ones from tp link, netgear and alike.
    It has timers based reconnection startegies, interface is buggy and I don’t know what it did with wizard my 2.4ghz channel always says wrong password for all devices while 5ghz works fine.
    This app is half baked effort and if I was head of dev team I would order a complete refactoring or better start from scratch.

  • Slow and glitchy

    Crashes when trying to launch the D-Link defend app. Sometimes it doesn’t detect my routers and others times it is very slow to connect. Needs to be fixed!!
  • Slow and device blocks don’t work

    The app is slow and every time I go to management it says error and when I got to devices it says error these bugs need to be fixed.
  • Scheduling does not work.

    I have DIR-882 and for some reasons every time I set up the schedule options it doesn’t work.
  • no more connecting and slow wifi

    After the App update this morning, Im not able to connect dlink app to my covr1200.

    And since Im on ios update 13, wireless become so slow on the iPhones. Other device, non ios gets full speed.
    Please fix these 2 issues.

  • Difficult to install and slow customer service

    This device has been a nightmare since I received it two weeks ago. I’m no software engineer but I think I’m smart enough to follow instructions. The device will not connect. Customer service took four days to respond and told me to reset the device. Still no luck. Will prob return this crappy thing.

  • Firmware broke my app

    My app was working fine until I did a device firmware update and now the app will not find my router. I had to reflash my router and it started working again, do not use the app to flash your router. Updated review stars to reflect an ok app.

  • Waste of time, waste of money

    Honestly, do yourself a favour and avoid this app and any product that works with it. I’ve spent the last 2 hours trying to get this POS to go and I’ve gotten absolutely nowhere. Even with following the instructions down to the letter. Any online support I’ve come across is for an older version of the app as the contents different. And before the developer response comes through, no I won’t be sending anything through, I’ll be getting my money back and avoiding D-Link altogether.

  • D Link AC 1900 Smart WI-FI Router

    Top router after so far so good fast internet speed no dropouts
    Purchased this router after returning a middle range Netgear Nighthawk conned into buying by many other users waste of money
    Stick to D-Link much easier setup as well
