I am the assistant to 3 executives. They have me set up as their delegate. On line I go in and do their expense reports for them. I downloaded the app hoping to be able to complete some of their receipts, upload and code to cost center while at home over the weekend. But I can only look at their transactions on the app not do anything with them. So the app is useless for me.Show lessexecutiveAssistant

Unfortunately, you only have the ability to code expenses using templates, that can only be created via desktop site. Takes away from on the go usage for many!241331
Expense tracking you can’t code
My company uses Visa Intellilink to track expenses. The need for a mobile app on the go is crucial for managing expenses in a accurate and timely manner. Why would you have the ability to add receipts and see expenses but not be able to manually code them without a template? Not only that but only have the ability to add expense templates from the website only? This could be such a great tool with these key added functions or features.Show lessLeefer7
Old pics
I will change this to 5 stars when someone can tell me how to remove the old pictures of receipts that I do not need anymore. I was told they would fall off after 30 days but they are still there. It’s annoying. Uninstalling the app and downloading it again did not get rid of them.Okccsi

Hello Okccsi, thank you for bringing this to our attention! Receipt images will stay in the Image Library unless they are attached to a transaction. If you want to delete old images from your Image Library, you can delete them by accessing the web platform. We hope this helps address your issue!Coding in app not applicable
After using IntelliLink for a long time, I was excited about having this app. I love everything about this app and would’ve given it 5 stars except for 1 major flaw, the coding process. The fact that you have to use an expense template for coding is only useful if you only have projects where % of expenses are used. If you need to code transactions based on individual GL accounts like most people you can’t do that. You would have to create a personal expense template for each GL account which is ineffective. I’m hoping with future iterations of this app they will add drop downs so you can individually select GL accounts and cost centers.Show lessSoCalGeek
