  • A VPN that actually works!

    Not bad! I really didn’t expect this to work BUT IT DOES! Makes it much easier to unblock websites, plus it has a good-looking interface. Overall, this VPN is somewhat cheaper than many others but comes with just all the features you’d expect. It also has an ad blocker and normal speeds, which is also rare. For those looking for a VPN app with good value for money, this one is probably the best choice. Definitely worth a try, thanks!

  • Caution… Unauthorized charges. Use alternative.

    I strongly advise caution before subscribing to Veepn. Despite multiple attempts to cancel my subscription, I continued to face unauthorized charges. My efforts to resolve these issues directly with Veepn’s support were met with confirmation only after extensive and repeated communications, suggesting a systemic issue with their cancellation process.

    This experience feels deceptive and borders on scam-like behavior, especially considering other users have reported similar experiences. It appears that the cancellation process is intentionally complicated, potentially to discourage users from discontinuing the service.

    I have formally reported this issue to Apple, my bank, and consumer protection agencies to investigate the matter further. Prospective users should be wary of engaging with a service that seems to prioritize trapping users in billing cycles over providing transparent customer service.

    Please exercise caution and consider other more reputable services.

  • Ridiculously Buggy

    I’ve been using this VPN for over 4 months now and it’s great for VPN purposes, but refuses to work as an app 80% of the time. At least 4 times a week I’ll try to open the app and it just immediately crashes. All the way until the point of uninstalling and reinstalling the app. It always takes literal minutes for the VPN to actually connect. I get randomly signed out of my account at least 3 times a week.

  • Bad service

    Well I purchased this service 2 weeks ago and chose the 5 years plan based on the reviews needless to say it doesn’t connect as other vpn providers that I have tried . They have you locked now for 5 years with no money back

  • Don’t use it! It’s a rip-off!

    They continue to charge you even after you deactivated the service and cancelled your subscription!

    And on top of it, it didn’t even work for the Brazilian service I was trying to access.

    They deliberately make it hard for you to cancel and they buried a small note in their Terms of Service that it can only be done by email.

    Within the app you can only deactivate and you will assume that this and a deletion of the app is sufficient to cancel but they continue to charge you.

    The customer service then finally accepted the cancellation by email but they continued to charge my credit card after that and now pretend they don’t have access to the original email cancellation. And of course they say they can’t give you a refund because that’s not possible after auto-renewal (even though auto-renewal is only triggered because they ignore deactivation and cancellation).

    Don’t use VeePN and their services! Apple should ban this vendor from the App Store.

  • Charged me to two accounts and will not refund

    I signed up for a free trial and immediately after signing up I was charged for a second account. I continued to be charged for two accounts without realizing it and they will not refund me and provided no explanation other than “not eligible”. I travel regularly so I was excited to find a quality VPN…I’d say this is not a company I want to do business with.

  • Perfect!

    A decent VPN for a reasonable price. Veepn is a very effective tool to unblock websites (and also good for privacy). The app was updated several times and now works much better and faster than a year ago. Love it!
  • Poor customer service and connection ,NordVPN is way better

    I. Bought there 5 year plan and they said on their website that they have India as a server location, that’s true but I always had issues connecting to their India servers and even when it connected the websites didn’t work and they would recognize the vpn and just error out. I reached out to their customer service and raised this issue with one specific site not working. They said they were going to do an unblocking process and it would take 2 weeks and I said fine update me once done. They updated me for 1 week or so and then I reached out to them at the end of week two, they came back saying its still in unblocking process. Well, its over 3 months and they are I guess still unblocking because I haven’t heard anything from them and site still doesn’t work. Better stay away and get NordVPN, they have India now and also works fine with that same site. I had nord before, but tried this new thing to experiment but failed.

  • App didn’t function at all, had success with another app, no refund processed.

    I have actually never written a negative review for an app before but want to prevent others from having the experience I did! I downloaded this app to stream internationally and bought into a yearlong subscription promo based on the largely positive reviews. Unfortunately this app did not work at all for me! I downloaded it and it configured my phone for vpn, my phone would show that vpn was connected in settings, but I was unable to enter the app itself to update my ip location — it would hang with an endless loading animation. I reached out to customer service and didn’t hear back for a few days. During that wait I downloaded another vpn app that worked immediately! Team at VeePN won’t refund, so I’d recommend another product!

  • The connection speed is slow, and the vpn can't be connected.

    I can't connect to the vpn service. I have tried many countries for a long time, and I can't connect to four protocols. The connection speed is as slow as a snail. The most disappointing thing is that it can't be used normally for a lot of time!
